Overall just very disappointed
I originally raised a complaint on 14 September regarding order 94808**** which arrived uncooked causing both me and my partner to become unwell with symptoms consistent with food poisoning.
After contacting Just Eat ive been passed between multiple departments and websites to which i eventually received confirmation that £10 account credit would be added to my account however this credit still has not been added.
Could a member of staff please look into this and confirm if the £10 credit is pending to be added into my account or how long this could take as on one of my emails i received back it stated that it was already added into my account which is hasnt?
I would also appreciate this being dealt with directly, as I have already spent a considerable amount of time being passed between different contacts without the issue being resolved.

Rude and unhelpful

I was delivered a wrong order but when I messaged the courier he called me a liar. I complained on the app taking a photo.
We took it to the restaurant who swapped it for our correct order.
I had no reply from just eat until I used pissedconsumer. They wanted photographic evidence.
By then we couldn't give them a picture of the order.
But I had a screenshot of the couriers message but they still haven't replied. Disgusting customer service.

I have ordered from Crispy Corner, and the food came cold. It had lettuce in the wrap, which I did not want, as I am allergic to lettuce. I took a bite of the wrap, and now I feel really sick.

Hello,
I am contacting you regarding my Just Eat courier account, which has been deactivated.
I received a warning from Just Eat regarding a small number of orders that were unassigned after being accepted. The reason was that my motorbike had broken down, and I was unable to complete the deliveries.
I did not intentionally abandon the orders or misuse the platform.
I submitted an account access reconsideration request to Just Eat on 31 July 2026, but unfortunately my request was rejected and I was told that my account would not be reinstated.
I would like to ask for your help in reviewing my case and communicating with Just Eat. I have been willing to follow the courier rules and would appreciate the opportunity to explain the circumstances and have my account reviewed again.
